The Pyres of Desire
a [club] rambutan fashion show
Background
The theme of the show is 7 Deadly Sins, which will feature 15 original looks that visualize different "desires": Greed, Sloth, Pride, Lust, Envy, Gluttony, and Wrath. This is also a promotional event for the upcoming launch of Club Rambutan's 4th issue, Amygdala, which is a curated collection of artworks about fear.
Allocated Budget: $3000
The Goal​
Club Rambutan would like to make this an annual showcase of Bay Area craftsmanship by strengthening local creative networks through multidisciplinary collaboration with local jewelers, prop vendors, fashion designers, makeup and hair artists, and stylists.
